今天立冬，天氣越來越涼了🍂
今天來看兩個跟溫度有關的「不及物動詞片語」

🔹 warm up（升溫；暖身）
溫度變高，或運動前讓身體先熱起來

I always warm up before I go for a run.
我跑步前一定會先暖身。

🔹 cool down（降溫；冷卻）
溫度慢慢變低，也可以指運動後讓身體緩和下來

The weather is cooling down, so remember to bring a jacket.

天氣正在轉涼，記得帶件外套。

❌ The weather is getting cool down.
✅ The weather is cooling down.
✅ The weather is getting cooler.

cool down 本身就是動詞片語，前面不能再加 get。想用 get，要接形容詞 cooler。

1️⃣ warm up：運動前暖身
2️⃣ workout：運動本身
3️⃣ cool down：運動後收操

本篇談的是不及物用法。warm up 後面接受詞時，意思會變成「加熱」，例如 warm up the soup（把湯熱一熱）。
