很多人寫英文只會用逗號或句號，
其實分號（；）用對了，文章層次馬上不一樣！

常見錯誤
I was tired, I went to bed early.
（兩個獨立子句不能只用逗號連接！）

正確用法
I was tired; I went to bed early.

分號有兩個主要用途：
1. 連接兩個意思相關的獨立子句
Amalia is taking twenty credits this semester; her goal is to graduate early.
2. 列舉項目時，項目本身已有逗號
We visited London, England; Paris, France; and Perth, Scotland.
